WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days, if otherwise I will notify you. During holiday
seasons it may take up to 5 days to process orders. Flat rate
shipping takes 5-10 days according to Australia Post.

PayPal is used to ensure efficient, convenient and secure payment. I am working to bring a more diverse range of payment methods.
A PRODUCT I WAS EYEING IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?
Currently Rose Opal is very flexible, therefore the most likely outcome is that your desired piece can be made upon request. Just send a message through the contact page or e-mailĀ me and you will be assisted with your needs.
WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
Please contact Rose Opal within 7 days of receiving your order. If there is a damaged item, please email a
picture of the damage.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS? ?
Rose Opal is still starting out, so I am following customers' requests and working towards
making the right shopping experience for customers. At the moment, gift cards are not available but I am definitely working towards making that possible.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please follow the instructions provided on the invoice included with
your order. You are responsible for the return shipping. Please make
sure your items are eligible for return, you can refer to our full
return policy posted online.
